Craig helped us through a difficult scenario in our real estate closing.
We started the process in the Spring and had a buyer pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the sale of our buyers home fell through and they ultimately were unable to purchase our home. Once the first deal fell through, Craig worked quickly to get us back on the market and as a result we had a new buyer the next day. Prior to all this happening, Craig had professional photographs taken of our home, so it truly shined during the listing process.
Craig had my best interest in mind throughout the process.
